Bryce T. Valentine reports:
“The foundational core of Imperial Holding, LLC reckons back to the company started by my father–Herman E. Valentine, Sr.–in 1970: Systems Management American Corp. (“SMA”). That company became one of the top ten minority owned enterprises in the country, contracting with numerous federal agencies and a host of Fortune 50 corporate clients. My father achieved national recognition, receiving accolades such as twice being awarded “Minority Businessman of the Year” by the President of the United States.”

Towers 'r' Us
Both our CEO, Bryce T. Valentine, and our Director of Projects & Programs, Neil Bonner began managing telecom infrastructure build-outs back in 1992, on the City of Cleveland 800MHz Trunked Radio Improvement Project. It was a tremendously successful partnership of government (Cleveland), big business (Motorola) and small, minority business (SMA Corp.). From there, Bryce went on to replicate that model in other cities. Neil went on to become a key manager at companies such as Nextel Communications (as the senior construction manager for Northern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania) and AT&T Wireless Services (as the infrastructure projects manager for the entire state of Ohio).
